Almost everything that comes into the house enters and leaves through a loading door that's 13' above the stage.  The guys who manage it have been doing this for years - you'd be amazed at the impossible feats they perform.  Pieces are rigged and gently landed via block and fall - the maximum load is about 1000 lbs, depending on the distribution.  Click "next" below to see larger images.  (Hover your mouse over each to see the caption.)
